With our state-of-the-art and extensive fleet of machines, as well as our own tool-making department, we are able to guarantee you efficient and fast production of prototypes, small batches and large-volume series. From 2 to 50,000 springs, anything is possible.

Trumpf laser cutting machines, Bihler bending machines, Post CNC punching and bending centres, hardening systems, wire-cut EDM machines
CAD/CAM system:
Transfer and processing of all CAD data formats in 2D and 3D format.

1.4310, 1.4301, CK75G, CK75H, CuBe2, CuSn6, AlMg3, Mk101, 1.4568 (other industrial steels available at short notice)

Company department for prototypes, small quantities and series tools

Process-oriented quality management system “PROFIT” in compliance with different industry guidelines.
Surface treatments:
Electroplating, electropolishing, sand or shot grinding, burnishing, phosphating, plastic coating, nitriding (others on request)
