Production processes

Provide exact measurements
with cad constructions

Requirement profiles, drawings, samples, CAD data and other innovative solutions provide the starting point. But the achievement of excellent production results is only possible with a close working relationship between you and our highly qualified team.

Gutekunst transfers your CAD data directly into all 2D and 3D formats.

Drawing on the full range
of laser cutting

Laser cutting is particularly suitable not only for the processing of high-strength materials but also for the cutting of all metallic components. Cutting metals with a laser is fast, abrasion-free and extremely flexible.

This contact-free method with energy requirements matched exactly to the process minimises the thermal effect on the material, avoids damaging the material and ensures optimal cutting results. With laser cutting there is no need for any post-processing as no cutting oil is used. Minimal made-ready times, low maintenance costs and fast processing guarantee the high efficiency of this process.

We are also happy to take on contract manufacturing for any type of laser cutting work. Our state-of-the-art CNC-controlled laser machines enable us to carry out any type of laser processing required in an efficient and cost-effective way. Components with material thicknesses of 0.1 mm to 3.0 mm in various material widths (measurements provided upon request) are processed from our own stock or from industrial steel supplied on order.

Our punching and bending machines
help us to meet your needs

Our up-to-date machinery allows us to produce components in small or large volumes.

With our tool-making department and state-of-the-art punching and bending machines we are able to produce even the most difficult shapes to the highest quality standards and within a short period of time.

Simply send us your requirements, CAD data (2D/3D), drawings or samples. We are happy to provide you with an individual offer at short notice.

Individual tools
for challenging solutions

The reliable production of parts to meet the highest technical and competitive standards is the basic condition for series production. Without high-quality tools, there are no punched, bent or shaped parts. We therefore manufacture the tools ourselves and place high value on design precision during the construction process.

We design and construct cutting, punching or stamping, bending, drawing and follow-on composite tools. Also included is the production of samples including parts. You may rest assured that our diverse and state-of-the-art machinery means we are ready to take on even greater challenges in future.

The fact that we have our own tool construction department provides additional production benefits in terms of speed and flexibility. As you would expect from Gutekunst, we develop the appropriate tool concept that is designed specifically for our machines.

Consistent quality assurance
defines our way of working

The use of sophisticated testing procedures is very important if you are to offer a consistent level of quality and precision to your customers. At Gutekunst, each production step is monitored on an ongoing basis through comprehensive quality assurance processes.

The use of up-to-date mechanical, optical and electronic testing equipment guarantees that the quality of our products remains flawless and unchanging. This ensures that all products meet the high demands of our customers in every respect.

Gutekunst quality assurance starts with an extensive incoming goods inspection of the raw materials, because these have a significant influence on the quality of products.

During the ongoing production operation, parts are taken from the production line in accordance with precisely determined test procedures and are inspected by separate quality control staff in separate locations using high-quality testing equipment to ensure their quality and exact compliance with specifications.

In addition, we provide on request CAD load simulations for every respective use. This enables the early detection and reliable resolution of potential flaws.

Further sampling is carried out before the products are shipped in order to ensure that nothing is delivered to our finished parts warehouse or to customers that does not meet the specifications. On request, we can provide you with all test protocols and the investigations of process capability.

Evaluations by suppliers and customer satisfaction are testaments to our quality standards, which we achieve through ongoing training and a consistent striving for improvement combined with certification processes.
